Good hotel, everything is few steps. Personnel are tremendous friendly and well prepared and talk excellent English. There are activities just about every evening and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a little squeaky but that’s really minor. Excellent value for the money!

Me and my kids stayed at Bes Hotel Bergamo West for seven days for holidays to checking out the place. Bes Hotel Bergamo West is located in a really central place, it is clean as well as the beds are incredibly cozy! There is only one factor I would recommend heading ahead and that is to provide extra hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. In general, We were very pleased with this stay and would certainly suggest it to any one wanting to check out Mozzo.
